Packing and Shipping

All perishable food products are carefully packed with ice packs and placed in a reusable, insulated cooler for shipment to maintain optimum quality. The meat is individually vacuumed packed and flash frozen to provide you with the freshest meat possible.

Please note that the customer has the option to have perishable items shipped UPS NEXT DAY AIR or UPS 2ND DAY AIR. The customer has the option to have non-perishable products shipped UPS GROUND, UPS NEXT DAY AIR or UPS 2ND DAY AIR unless ordered with perishable items, in which case, the items may be shipped together. Shipping is calculated by weight and distance.

Delivery

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be delivered on time. We must have a proper and complete address since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. addresses or F.P.O. addresses.

We ship only to the continental 48 states, not to Alaska or Hawaii.

All orders are shipped as 'Driver Release', meaning the package will be delivered to the recipient address with no signature required. Packages can be left at any exterior door location. Please anticipate your package's arrival and refrigerate or freeze your items as soon as they are delivered. We cannot guarantee the condition of your meat if it is not properly refrigerated or frozen the day of delivery. (We are not responsible and will not be able to process a refund due to any UPS delivery error.)

Orders Containing Perishable Items Ship Monday through Wednesday Only

We ship meat and frozen products Monday through Wednesday only.

  • Under normal conditions, orders placed before 3:00p.m. CST Monday through Wednesday will ship the day the order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 3:00p.m. CST Monday and Tuesday will ship the next day.
  • Orders placed between 3:00p.m. CST Wednesday and 3:00p.m. CST the following Monday will ship on Monday.

    Orders Not Containing Perishable Items Ship Monday through Friday

  • Under normal conditions, orders placed before 3:00p.m. CST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00p.m. CST Monday through Thursday will ship the next day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00p.m. CST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

    Sales Tax

    Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of Missouri at the rate of 7.50%.

    Return Policy

    We do not accept returns of perishable items. We will accept non-perishable returns within 7 days of receipt. Contact us for return authorization by emailing us at info@hcgperfectportions.com. Please state the invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    The information you provide helps us to provide you with better service. Creating an account with us allows you to track your current order as well as place future orders without having to re-enter your personal information.

    We take every reasonable step to insure the security of your private information. We guarantee that we will not share your personal data with any company of any kind; we will though, if requested by law enforcement, provide requested information.
